Homebirth

In the comfort of home, birth unfolds naturally. The lights are softer. The sounds are familiar. Those you love and trust most are with you.

You are free to move, listen to your body, and welcome your baby in your own way.

My role is to care for you — being fully present and offering guidance when needed, allowing birth to unfold safely and peacefully.

A gentle beginning for you and your baby.

Women’s Wellness

I offer a natural approach to gynecological care, listening carefully to understand the patterns of your body rather than simply treating symptoms.

Care may include cycle awareness, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, herbal and supplement recommendations, laboratory testing when helpful, and prescription medication when needed.

Virtual visits are available for women in New York and Florida.

Many years ago, while caring for children in Mexico, I saw love transform a child’s life. I began to imagine how strong children could be if they were loved from the very beginning — the lives they could live, and the world we might create.

So I became a midwife.

My path began in neonatal, pediatric, and labor and delivery nursing, before earning my Master of Nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with dual certification as a Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.

I later spent a year in Bali, Indonesia, mentoring with Ibu Robin Lim, where I fell in love with the beauty of natural childbirth. Since 2018, I have offered gentle, natural homebirth care to families — first in South Florida, and now in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

I’m also certified in Integrative and Functional Medicine through the Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute and have studied with Aviva Romm, Sarah Thompson, and the Institute for Functional Medicine.

I have always been drawn to gentle ways of caring for the body — through food, movement, and natural healing — and these have all found their way into my work.
